Solana (Sol) network now lives in metamask

Solana users can now access the network through a metamask wallet.
Metamask announced On Tuesday that its Solana integration is live, that means users can now transact the second largest smart-contract platform and contact Solana-based applications by purse.
“Let’s be honest. Managing wallets throughout the metamask and Solana has become a little misery. But it’s gone,” the blog post said. “With the latest version of the Metamask Extension, you can use Solana native. Next to your Ethereum accounts, all in one interface.”
The integration is currently on the desktop, but is set to live with the Metamask Mobile App in the coming weeks, the post said.
Metamask is the most used browser of the Ethereum network, with over 100 million annual users.
While purse supports other networks that, Solana is the first non-EVM network (meaning the first network that does not use the Ethereum computation engine) to integrate. The blog post said other non-EVM networks will be followed as soon as possible.
