FASTEX, an exchange of encryption in Dubai, is expanding its presence in the United States, where it builds an office in Los Angeles, California.

The American expansion of FASTEX comes as the United States continues to reform its approach to encryption during the era of President Donald Trump’s administration. Since Trump took office in January, the US Securities and Stock Exchange Committee (SEC) retreated from the so -called organization’s approach to implementation in Crypto, which took it during the era of former President Gary Ginserner, as it dropped a set of open investigations and the continuous offering against the exchange of encryption.
In an interview with Coindsk at Bitcoin 2025 in Las Vegas, FASTEX’s chief legal official and board member Varane Khatherian said that SEC diluted the encryption organization played a major role in the stock exchange decision to expand in the United States, although he acknowledged that there is no concrete legal framework for encryption in the country.
“There was enough change of politics, at least in terms of [how the U.S. government is] “Seeing things, which allowed us to go for this purpose. It is still a somewhat risk, but it is a less risk,” Khatherian said.
With the presence of a group of encryption companies belonging to the United States due to the Trump administration’s friendly policies for encryption, cities like New York hope to attract companies that are expanding to the United States to create a store in their judicial states.
However, while Khatherian said that New York will be “the right place to be in terms of headquarters,” he said, at the present time, the possibility of obtaining a very difficult encryption permit issued by the New York Ministry of Financial Services (NYDFS)-banned.
“I hope things will change a little,” said Khattarian.
The mayor of New York City Eric Adams, who described himself “Bitcoin Mayor” in an attempt to attract encryption companies to New York, called for the end of Bitlicense during a speech at Bitcoin 2025 in Las Vegas on Wednesday.

Fastex is currently in Dubai, Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC). Khatherian said that the stock market is currently working to obtain a license from the Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA).
After expanding in the United States, Khattatian said that the exchange also has his eyes to expand in Latin America, starting with Brazil, followed by Argentina and Mexico.
