Tokenization firm Midas carries two new defi products to Etherlink

Midas, midas A financial tokenization platform, it is said that it introduces two tokenized investment products in Etherlink, an Ethereum compatible layer-2 overlay system for faster and cheaper transactions, built using the Tezos Blockchain.
New products, MMEV and Mre7yield, are designed to offer opportunities to Decentralized Finance (Defi) and monitored by the MEV Capital and Re7 Capital, respectively, each acting as a designated Risk Manager, according to a Wednesday release.
Moving constitutes previous products of Midas, Mbasis and Mtbill, which together attracts $ 11 million in total amount locked (TVL) to Etherlink from their introduction. These tokenized certificates track financial techniques through ERC-20 tokens, allowing users to hold exposure through self-custodied, unauthorized intelligent contracts while maintaining administration of compliance.
New products follow a similar model. MMEV offers exposure to arbitration and market neutral opportunities throughout the blockchain ecosystems, while MRE7yield monitors various defi yield techniques. In both cases, investors avoid dealing with multiple regional mediators or regulations by implementing techniques through a single on-chain transaction.
Etherlink, along with fast confirmation times and irrelevant transaction fees, has seen recent network upgrades, including times near departure.
What once demanded in contracting through many layers of mediators, each managed by their own local regulations, may soon be carried out through a single intelligent contract call, David Relkin, head of the Defi at the Nomadic Labs, said a Tezos Developer team working in Etherlink.
“Products such as MMEV and Mre7yield finally make advanced yield abuse techniques accessing institutional investors. We look at them as an important step towards bringing the wholesale financial fully on-chain,” Relkin said in the statement.
For Midas, Etherlink provides the ideal environment for measured financial applications, where techniques can be developed directly to lending, automatic market making and structured vaults with minimal overhead and maximum access, Dennis Dinkelmeyer, CEO in Midas
“Etherlink offers the scalability and composability needed to bring outlined, following techniques that are fully on-chain. Using MMEV and Mre7yield, we expand safe, self-prevention of institutional products.” Dinkelmeyer said in a statement.
