Bob added proof of ZK fraud, Rank of Age on L2Beat

The Layer-2 Blockchain Network Build in Bitcoin (BOB) rolls a major technical upgrade that brings it closer to obtaining a fully decentralized mark on L2Beat, a platform that ranks the maturity and decentralization of layer-2 networks.
Bob, who aims to bring Ethereum’s decentralized style (DEFI) style to Bitcoin, has implemented zero-knowledge (ZK) proofs within an optimistic rollup outline.
This means that the Bob uses an optimistic rollup structure but replaces the traditional and slow check-frauding process with faster ZK fraud-a move that allows transaction disputes to be resolved in minutes using cryptographic proofs.
The new implementation aims to reduce friction for users and reduce the barrier to participating in network secure.
Build on bitcoin has joined the entire breed of decentralization
Bob co-founder Alexei Zamyatin, told Cointelegraph that Kailua’s new upgrade is carrying a blockchain on stage 0 on the L2Beat platform, allowing it to join 24 other protocols on the platform’s rollup rankings.
“This upgrade will take Bob to stage 0 on L2Beat,” Zamyatin told Cointelegraph. “This is a relatively short jump to achieve stages 1 and 2.”
The L2Beat rank is the layer-2 maturity and decentralization by placing specific requirements, such as the availability of functional fraud-proof fraud and the presence of security councils. It assigns stages from zero to three after reviewing and determining the status of protocols based on its standards.
“Kailua upgrading solves the biggest challenge in reaching stages 1 and 2, having a working proof system, giving Bob the full Ethereum security,” Zamyatin told Cointelegraph.
The team added that the only remaining drawback is to add a security council with sufficient external creatures and delays in code updates. “These updates are also carried out,” Zamyatin told Cointelegraph.
Currently, 22 protocols have achieved Stage 0 and 1 on the platform, while only two protocols, especially ZK.Money V1 and Honeypot PT have achieved Stage 2 on the platform.
Rollups such as Arbitrum One, Base Chain and OP Mainnet are some of the leading protocols in terms of the total amount that is secured.
Cointelegraph reached L2Beat for comments but did not receive a response by publication.

ZK verification unlocking in bitcoin
Zamyatin also told Cointelegraph that ZK’s recent upgrades to open the path for ZK verification in Bitcoin.
“In the ZK upgrades to Bob, we also open ZK verification on the most important network: Bitcoin,” said Zamyatin, added with BITVM, the same validity validity in the Bob chain can also be proven in Bitcoin.
He said it was a “key block block” for a full -fledged Bitcoin -powered bridge -enabled by BITVM, which brings smart contracts and programmability to Bitcoin.
He added that the integration of all these pieces is Bob’s gateway to Bitcoin Defi. “Of all those who have been anchored to Bitcoin’s security, Bob offers users, institutions, defi protocols and other chains that can be accessed by the Native BTC in Bob, which is boosted by BITVM,” Zamyatin told the cointelegraph.
In a previous interview, he predicted that Bitcoin Defi was Beyond Ethereum and Solana And there are over 300 million users.
