The Crypto -focused financial technology company is set to obtain Meso’s starting payments.
The acquisition, first Bloomberg reported on Mondaywas confirmed by Moonpay In a post on x.
There are no financial details of the acquisition or an estimated time given.
“We are excited to share that MoonPay got Meso to help us develop the largest global crypto payment network,” the company wrote.
Meso’s co-founders Ali Aghareza and Ben Mills, former Paypal and Venmo respectively, will be joining Moonpay as the new chief official of technology and senior vice president of the product, the firm added.
