Luxury Fashion Giant Lvmh has filed a NFT Patent Tech for watches


A company that sells smartwatch face designs by non-adapted tokens has filed the LVMH, accusing the luxury fashion conglomerate of breaking the patent.

In a March 10 complaint filed in a federal Texas court, Watch Skins Corporation said LVMH was unintentionally “leading NFT display technology.”

LVMH is a company holding multinational that owns dozens of well-known brands of luxury goods, including Louis VuittonGivenchy, Tag Heuer, Tiffany, Christian Dior, Hennessy and the champagne brand Moët & Chandon.

It claimed Tag Heuer to encourage customers to violate patents by providing instructions on how to use its NFT display features.

“The watch allows the NFT to show if the user’s crypto wallet (and) connect a user’s purse to ensure the authenticity of the works shown,” the complaint explained.
