Australian crypto billionaire Tim Heath was narrowly escaped to an attempt to kidnap Estonia last year by biting part of the attacking index of the attack index, a Estonian court heard.
Heath, a long -standing crypto investor, was attacked by two men coming from as painters on the stairs of his apartment building in July last year. There was a growing number of crypto kidnappings in 2025, forcing executives to pour security.

The assailants plan to force Heath into a van, but Heath bit by the assailant index finger and managed freely, looking for sanctuary in his apartment, a Estonian court heard.
Heath was reported to have lost his teeth in a 30 second struggle. The attacks fled shortly after, abandoning the van nearby. Part of the finger was later found on the street 100 meters away from the scene of the attack.

The accused claims to be innocent

The prosecutors who claimed to be Mamedov were the getaway driver. However, he denied the participation and claimed that he had arrived in Estonia by accident while traveling in the region and that any allegations he involved was a “lie” and “a fiction.”
The threat may still be ongoing
Prosecutors also claimed a few weeks after the failed outline of the kidnapping, Heath received a message through a telegram with pictures of his apartment and a demand for 30 Bitcoin (Btc) costs nearly $ 3.3 million in time.

When Heath does not respond, the kidnappers will not make an additional attempt to interact with him, but prosecutors argue that the threat may continue.
