CEO of Ex-Celsius is set to start a 12-year prison this week this week


Former Celius CEO Alex Mashinsky was set to report to the federal prison on Friday following a guilty plea and hearing.

According to documents filed on May 12, a few days after Mashinsky’s hearing in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, the former CEO is expected to surrender himself to authorities before 2:00 pm et on Friday.
