Cloudflare Outage hit many crypto websites, social media channels


CloudFlare, the company responsible for providing network services to websites and platforms across the Internet, has reported disruptions, removing access to the front end of many cryptocurrency websites and communication through social media.

In a Tuesday update on its system status, CloudFlare said It implemented a fix after reporting an “internal service outage” at 11:48 AM UTC.

“(W)e believe the incident has now been resolved,” Cloudlfare said in a status update. “We continue to monitor for errors to ensure that all services are back to normal.”

The disruption affected many users trying to access the front end of the sites, including X, Truth Social, Coinbase, Blockchain.com, Ledger, Bitmex, Toncoin, Arbiscan and Defillama. Some sites, including Kraken, reported Before others that “a fix” was implemented and appeared to restore access.

Platforms like Bluesky and Reddit appeared unaffected by the influx.
