Influencer Logan Paul should be allowed to proceed with a lawsuit accusing YouTuber known as “Coffeezilla” of making destructive comments about Paul’s failed project, a Texas magistrate judge said.

Paul or Findeisen may oppose Bemporad’s report within 14 days. The lawyers for Paul and Findeisen did not immediately respond to requests for comment outside business hours.
