Formerly legal leader of Kraken Marco Santori joined Pantera Capital

Marco Santori, the former chief legal officer in Kraken, joined the Pantera Capital as a general investment team partner.
Santori, who came down from Kraken in January of 2025, will focus on expanding the Pantito Crypto portfolio, while acting as a resource for portfolio companies in compliance with regulation and strategic growth, According to a blogpost.
He will also continue his role in contacting policy manufacturers to uphold for clear, regulations that are friendly to the US and around the world, Pantera said.
The promotion of clear crypto regulations in the US makes it a focus area for companies that prepare themselves.
Sartori, who testified before the US Congress on the topic of crypto regulation, was recognized for developing the “SAFT” framework (Simple Agreement for Future tokens), a foundation of the following token sales.
