Monad is preparing for one of the long -awaited token launch of the year. The Layer-1 Blockchain project opened the Mon Airdrop portal, inviting eligible users to review their status leading to the official distribution of the token.
While the airdrop itself has not lived, Monad Foundation said That users can now verify the qualities and connect their purse, with the window remain open until November 3, 2025.
“There is no incentive to claim fast, so take time. Triple check everything,” said Keone Hon, Monad’s co-founder, in x.
The Monad Foundation Shared with a post on this blog are targeting around 5,500 major community members and 225,000 wider crypto users, rewarding those who have helped to grow the Monad ecosystem. The distribution will be made through a multi-track system covering five categories: Monad Community, Onchain users, crypto community, crypto contributors and curious and curious and Monad builders. Those who qualify for many tracks can put their allocations, giving more weight to active participants.
The team also said that the on-chain activity data combines (such as DEX volume and NFT ownership) with off-chain verification through platforms such as Twitter, Discord and Telegram.
AirDrop marks a step toward the upcoming launch of Monad, even the details of when it will happen and the number of tokens allocated to these communities is still unknown. (Hon Posts on x Earlier this year with 100 billion mon tokens.)
