Grayscale file for confidential IPO submission with Sec


Grayscale Investments said confidence to submit a draft S-1 registration statement to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (Sec)a filing that plans signals for an initial public offer (IPO).

The asset manager did not disclose the submission details and said the registration was expected to occur after the SEC completed its evaluation process, subject to market and other conditions, according to A Press release.
