The lawyer accused US Homeland to proverb who should be Satoshi Nakamoto Meeting

A crypto attorney has filed the US Department of Homeland Security, allegedly the agency can find out who created Bitcoin – forcing the department to share what he knows.
The Freedom of Information Act’s lawsuit is Filed by James Murphy, based on his accusations at claims made by the DHS Special Agent Rana Saud at an April 2019 conference, in which he said some of his colleagues had previously met with four people involved in the creation of Bitcoin.
“My FOIA’s lawsuit only requests notes, emails and other documents related to the alleged interview,” Murphy Na -Post to X after announcing the suit on April 7.
“If the interview really happened as the DHS agent claimed, there should be a documentation of that meeting component,” Murphy added, which goes Metalawman in X.

Speaking at the Offshorealert Conference North America in Miami in April 2019, Sououd said DHS agents met with four people believed to create Bitcoin, asking what their motives were and what was the “end of the game” for Bitcoin.
“The agents flew to California and they realized that he was not united in its creation, there were three other people, they sat down and talked to them to figure out how it works and what is the reason for it,” Sououd Says In the presentation, available on YouTube.
If the DHS objected to disclosure, Murphy said he would “pursue the case to the conclusion” to resolve the mystery.
However, Murphy noted that it is possible that the Saud and other DHS agents are mistaken and have not been interviewed by real Satoshi Nakamoto.

Murphy is assisted by former US lawyer Brian Field, who specializes in the trial at the Freedom of Information Act.
The purpose of the Freedom of Information Act is to promote transparency and responsibility by providing public access to government -held information.
Failed efforts to identify Satoshi Nakamoto
The lawsuit follows a wave of recent efforts that attempt to uncover Satoshi’s identity.
Last October, a controversial HBO documentary said Peter Todd, a Bitcoin Cypherpunk, Bitcoin invented. Todd rejected that conclusion, and most of the industry’s foundits said HBO’s evidence is weak.
Nick Szabo, Adam returned And Hal Finney also has their names tied Satoshi’s identity. Szabo and Back regularly reject the claims that they were Satoshi, just as Finney did before he died in 2013.
Meanwhile, members of the Bitcoin community are divided if Satoshi’s identity identity will be a net positive for Bitcoin.
Some remember that revealing Satoshi’s identity could compromise decentralized ethos was not created by the US government.
