Nillion has launched the enterprise cluster for blockchain privacy

Many technology companies have joined the newly launched Nillion business cluster-a initiative aimed at expanding decentralized applications beyond cryptocurrencies in privacy-focused cases such as health care, financial management and sharing business data.
As part of the collaboration, Vodafone’s Deutsche Telekom, Alibaba Cloud, STC Bahrain and Pairpoints are running infrastructure nodes on the decentralized Nillion compute platform, the company announced on Thursday.
Business cluster allows organizations to run critical privacy applications in decentralized infrastructure, helping to reduce trade-offs between the risks of centralized systems and the limits of privacy based on blockchain.
“For the first time, organizations can calculate encrypted data on decentralized clusters, without sacrificing privacy,” Nillion’s co-founder Miguel de Vega, to Cointelegraph, told Cointelegraph. “This is proof that privacy-first computation is now ready business.”
Nillion is a decentralized network dedicated to safe storing and calculating data. Its basic technology, Nil message compute, provides for the enemypted data to be processed without decryption.
As previously reported by Cointelegraph, Nillion raised $ 25 million In October, which brought its total funds to $ 50 million.
Before the funding, Nillion’s technology was integrated with aptos Network to support privacy -focused applications.

Blockchain privacy never left the spotlight
Nillion technology aims to address what it describes as a “long dilemma” – the natural privacy limits of blockchain systems.
These limitations face increased investigations in 2025, as global crypto regulations are increasingly targeting privacy tools, including mixers, zero-knowledge proof, stealth addresses and self-management wallets.
Number Cointelegraph mentionedThe debate about privacy on blockchain is far from fixed. Emerging technologies continue to challenge the notion that the anonymous should be automatically viewed as a criminal threat.
Traditionally, protecting the sensitive data on the blockchain depends on maintaining it completely offchain or this onchain. However, as Midnight CEO warns Eran BarakOnchain’s sentencing does not “provide strong privacy” to the light of rapid progress in quantum computing.
Despite the public debate, many privacy -focused projects continue to get traction, especially in areas of Proof zero-knowledge and decentralized identity.
