Tornado Cash Developer Alexey Pertsev to release from prison to prepare for appeal

The 31 -year -old Russian national is penalized in 64 months At a Dutch prison in May after a condemnation Pertsev said “a tendency of making money to launch” and should have allegedly prohibited platform transactions.
Tornado Cash is a coin mix protocol that allows users to privately send tokens to another purse. It achieves privacy by funding funds together and shuffling them until the source is unclear.
The protocol was punished by the US government, stating that Tornado Cash was used by the North Korea Hackers Lazarus Group.
