Tornado Cash Developer Alexey Pertsev to release from prison to prepare for appeal

Tornado Cash is a coin mix protocol that allows users to privately send tokens to another purse. It achieves privacy by funding funds together and shuffling them until the source is unclear.
The protocol was punished by the US government, stating that Tornado Cash was used by the North Korea Hackers Lazarus Group.
