USDT Issuer Tether Aims to Debut Artificial Intelligence (AI) Platform in Q1 2025, Says CEO Paolo Ardoino
Tether, the crypto company behind the $140 billion cryptocurrency USDTis working on an artificial intelligence (AI) platform and aims to debut early next year, according to CEO Paolo Ardoino’s X post.
“I just got the site draft for Tether’s AI platform. Coming soon, targeting end of Q1 2025,” Ardoino posted on Friday.
Tether is best known for issuing USDT, the most popular stablecoin on the market, but recently the company under Ardoino’s leadership has made significant efforts to expand its business beyond stablecoin issuance.

It has invested in several companies in various sectors including energy, payments, telecommunications and artificial intelligence, entered into commodity trade financing and rearranged its company structure earlier this year to reflect its expanding focus.
Last year, Tether got a stake in artificial intelligence and cloud computing firm Northern Data, signaling its growing interest in AI.
While details about the upcoming AI platform are scarce, it also underscores Tether’s ambition to release a product in a very hot industry. growing intersection of crypto and artificial intelligence.
