Wealth App Stratiphy Partners with 21shares to offer crypto eths under new UK policies
The Global Crypto Product Issuer 21shares cooperated with the UK Wealth Management App Stratiphy to let investors sell to buy and hold Crypto Exchange Traded Notes (ETNs) as Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) Raised its four -year prohibition In these products.
The change marks a move to the UK stance on digital assets, allowing retail investors to control crypto access to the first time. Stratiphy will be the first UK wealth manager to list 21shares products, which include physical -back Bitcoin and Ethereum Etns.
Through the app, users can add crypto exposure to their existing portfolios next to traditional properties. Stratiphy-based AI-based tools allow investors to try and automatically investment techniques-the features the company says will help traders manage the risk and plan long-term.
“The investor’s demand for digital assets continues to sink,” said Daniel Gold, Stratiphy’s founder and CEO. “This cooperation ensures that we can offer regulated access to crypto once the FCA approved.”
The 21shares manages more than $ 11 billion on property across 50 products exchanged by the crypto exchange listed in Europe. In 2024, € 26 billion worth of crypto ETPs was exchanged with European exchanges, according to company data – a 300% increase from last year.
Russell Barlow, CEO of 21shares, said the FCA who raised its prohibition on accessing retail in crypto etns was a major step for the UK, where 12% of adults were holding cryptoassets directly through more irregular platforms and exchanges.
“Lifting a ban on Bitcoin and Ethereum-back ETNs is a great first step, allowing retail investors to get exposure to the two biggest cryptoassets in the simplest and safe way,” Barlow said.
“As a regulated ETN, we hope that these are eligible for integrating one’s portfolios and SIPP, which allows good tax exposure to cryptoassets as part of an investment portfolio.”
