Wulf gets another 10%

AI Cloud Platform FluidsTack has made the choice to expand on Terawulf’s (Wulf) Lake Mariner Data Center Campus in West New York.
Expansion adds CB-5, a new data center-developed building that provides an increase of 160 MW of critical IT load, with operations expected to start in the second half of 2026, according to A Monday morning press release.
Besides, Google (Goog) adds $ 1.4 billion to the backstop that supports project debt financing. In return, Google receives warrants for 32.5 million wulf shares. Google’s total backstop now costs $ 3.2 billion and the pro -forma equity owner increases by 14%.
“This expansion emphasizes the incompatible size and capabilities of the Lake Mariner campus,” said Paul Prager, CEO of Terawulf. “By adding CB-5, we not only increase our contracted fluidstack capacity, but also especially deepens our strategic alignment with Google as a critical financial partner in delivering the next generation of AI infrastructure.”
The Wulf was higher by the 10% premarket and is now almost double in price because FluidsTack/Google News was first announced last week.
