The Czech National Bank, Alice Michael, said in an interview with Financial times (FT) that it will offer the Bitcoin investment plan to the Council on Thursday, which, if approved, can see Apex 5 % of a $ 146.13 billion reserve in the leading cryptocurrency depending on the market value.
